In case a customer has purchased a wrong colour, we can only take the product back if the product is returned to us un-opened and un-damaged.
DAMAGES: In case the product received is damaged or defective due to packaging or production problems, ELLIS FAAS will replace the damaged or defective products.

This Ellis Clip is meant to hold one of the regular pens - so for all but the Skin Veil pen. You can then connect any amount of small AND large Clips. You can even roll them up and take out just the pen you want to use without disconnecting the chain.
